Motivation to be part of the advisory group?

With over six years of experience in European youth policy and advocacy, I’ve worked as a facilitator, trainer, and consultant across political and civil society spaces. I’ve contributed to key participatory initiatives like the EU Youth Dialogue, Youth 7 (G7), and WHO Europe’s #Youth4Health, and founded Mixed Message Moderation in 2020. As a member of the advisory group, I aim to foster critical self-reflection within the project, focusing on better targeting and including disadvantaged youth, while encouraging practitioners to make youth engagement more inclusive and accessible for all.

First thought on “youth engagement”?

Youth engagement is more than just participation—it’s about appreciating the creativity, energy, and fresh perspectives of young people, learning from their diverse experiences, and ensuring they lead to tangible, lasting impact. It’s a dynamic force for real change and innovation.
